2011 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
WHEN: APRIL 10, 2011
WHERE: GBUSBCBA OFFICE (located in AMF Dundalk Lanes, 1101 B. Merritt Boulevard)
TIME: Registration starts at 1:00 p.m. The Annual Meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m.
WHO CAN ATTEND: Any bowler who has paid their 2010-2011 USBC membership dues through the GBUSBCBA or has purchased a 2010-2011 Co-association through the GBUSBCBA may attend this meeting.
The Annual Membership Meeting is held every year, usually in April. The meeting includes new information that is being passed down to us from USBC as well as any new information we may have for you as your local USBC organization.
The Delegates to the USBC Annual Convention are elected as well as those members who wish to represent the GBUSBCBA at our Maryland State Meetings. Our Directors for predetermined districts are also elected at this meeting.
The financial statements for the GBUSBCBA are reviewed and any new and old business that we may have is addressed at this meeting.
A light luncheon will be served.
